Evaluate Growing Standard at your school with a structured, outcome-tracked pilot. Low commitment, clear success metrics, easy exit if it's not working.

Pilot terms

Duration
One semester (16–18 weeks)
Scope
1–3 teachers, 50–200 students
Pilot rate
$7.50/student for the semester (vs. standard $15/yr)
Setup
Clever or ClassLink roster sync, 60-min onboarding webinar, day-one go-live
Support
Email (2-business-day response) + on-request check-in calls
Exit
No renewal obligation. Cancel with 14 days notice.
Conversion
If you continue, pilot fee credits 100% toward the first annual contract

Success metrics we report back

At weeks 4, 8, and semester end we deliver a written report to pilot coordinators covering:

Learning
  • Placement delta (assessment 1 → assessment 2)
  • Skills mastered per student
  • Standards mastered per class
  • Per-skill reading proficiency change
  • Voluntary vs. assigned practice ratio
Teacher
  • Assignments created and completed
  • Questions flagged by per-question analysis
  • Practice-vs-test alerts (students strong in practice but weak on tests)
  • Survey: "would you keep using this?" (1-5)
Equity & MTSS
  • Achievement gap change (baseline → end)
  • Subgroup mastery comparison
  • Tier 1/2/3 movement
  • Intervention fidelity + outcomes

What we need from you

  • A named pilot coordinator (admin or lead teacher)
  • Roster access via Clever, ClassLink, or CSV
  • 30 minutes for a launch PD session with your teachers
  • 15 minutes / week for a check-in call (optional but recommended)
  • Permission to survey participating teachers once per month

Week 0
Contract signed, DPA reviewed, roster synced
Week 1
Launch PD (60 min), students take the Grow
Week 2–3
Teachers assign first standards, students build practice habit
Week 4
First interim report delivered
Week 8
Mid-pilot report + teacher survey
Week 12–14
Second assessment window

Final report, renewal decision, data export
